Description: This 13-module program provides the novice NPD practitioner with an overview of the roles and responsibilities of the Nursing Professional Development Scope and Standards required for NPD practice.

Outcome: 100% of participants will know the roles and responsibilities of the NPD scope and standards of practice as evidenced by a passing score of 80% on each module's designated post-test.

Continuing Education: Association for Nursing Professional Development is accredited with distinction as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
