Logging In
You can browse the full library of ANPD webinars and products without logging in. You must have a MyANPD account and log in to purchase a product or register for a webinar, attend a live webinar, watch a webinar recording, or access your purchased products.
If you already have a MyANPD account, log in with the same username and password that you use on anpd.org.
If you're new to ANPD (welcome!), please join as a member or create a non-member account. Then, you'll be able to use those credentials to log into the Continuing Education Center.
Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) Contact Hours
Many ANPD online courses, webinars, and events provide ANCC NCPD contact hours to support your journey towards licensure renewal and specialty certification. Throughout the Continuing Education Center, you can find the number of contact hours offered for each product.
The Association for Nursing Professional Development is accredited with distinction as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

How do I unlock free webinars and discounted prices on products?
Become a member! ANPD members receive free registration for monthly live webinars and free access to our library of webinar recordings that offer CNE contact hours. They also receive discounted pricing on all the products in the Continuing Education Center. Among many other benefits!
What are the recommended browsers and internet settings for this site?
The ANPD Continuing Education Center can be viewed on any PC, Mac, tablet or mobile device with up-to-date operating system and browsers. There is no need for an app when viewing from a tablet or mobile device.
We recommend using Internet Explorer 11, Edge 14 or greater, Firefox 60 or greater, Chrome 66 or greater, or Safari 8 or later. To watch webinars, please use high speed/broadband internet connect. Wi-Fi is not recommended. Also, please enable pop-ups in your internet browser settings.
How can I purchase an ANPD product?
Please log into the Continuing Education Center, which you can go to by clicking here.
Once you are logged in, you can view our full catalog and purchase any of our products! Each available product will have a "Purchase Now" button.
If the product is virtual, it will load right into your “My Content” section after your purchase. If the product is physical, such as a book, it will be shipped to you after payment has been completed.
What should I do if I experience an issue when viewing a webinar or course?
If you are already logged into a webinar and experience a problem (slides stop advancing, streaming audio stops or fails, etc.), please follow these steps:
Try clicking the “Refresh" button in your web browser.
Clear the cache in your web browser. Then close your web browser completely.
Open your web browser again and try logging into the event/archive again. If none of the above steps resolve the issues, try an alternative web browser.

What should I do if the Continuing Education Center website gets stuck and won't let me go to another page?
If you are trying to use the Continuing Education Center, but cannot find or complete something because the website is caught in a loop, follow these steps:
1. Clear your cache history data and close open ANPD tabs
2. Log into the CEC on a Google Chrome Browser using the following link: https://learn.anpd.org/
Where do I find all of the webinars I've registered for and courses I'm enrolled in?
That's in your Dashboard, which you can access by clicking on My Content at the top of the page or by clicking here.
What if I can't find one of the webinars or courses I've registered for?
If you go to your “My Content” Dashboard and can't find the product you’re searching for, scroll down. It’s possible that you are enrolled in more courses than we can display on one page. If this is the case, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the “On-Demand Products” section, and click on the arrows there to navigate through all your products.
To find a module that is part of a course package, we recommend scrolling down to the “Packages” section. Click on the package, and you should find all of its modules listed together.

How do I search for a product?
To search for a product, go to Full Catalog and type what you are looking for in the Search for Keyword box. You can also apply additional filters to help narrow down your search results and find the most relevant products more quickly.
How do I find the date for a live webinar, or the expiration date for a product?
You can find dates and other information for upcoming scheduled webinars by clicking here.
In the Continuing Education Center, you can click on Full Catalog or My Content, search for the product, and click on the name. That should take you to the product contents, where you can click on Overview. The Overview page will include any relevant dates for a Webinar or product, including the date for Live Web Events and expiration dates.
How are the products in the "Recommended For You" section selected?
You can set your learning preferences to see products that meet your specific professional development needs. At the top of the page, click Learning Preferences to complete your profile. You can change these preferences at any time.
Can I get my Nursing Professional Development- Board Certified (NPD-BC) credential or renew my certification through the ANPD?
While the ANPD offers resources and nursing continuing professional development education that awards you contact hours to help you prepare for earning your Board Certification (NPD-BC) credential, our organization does not handle the certification process.
The American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) offers the NPD-BC exam, and handles certification and renewal. The ANCC website is where you can find more information about the exam as well as the application to test! Click here to go to their page about the NPD-BC exam!
