Description: Prepare to take the nursing professional development certification examination offered by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). This textbook has engaging activities to help you be successful when you test.

Outcome: 75% of participants will indicate they have gained knowledge with an intention to sit for the certification exam within the next 6 months. On follow-up evaluation, 50% will indicate that they actually tested with over 90% of those who tested indicating a passing score on their initial testing attempt.
