Description: Return on Investment (ROI) is a buzz phrase often heard, but it’s not just about dollars and cents. This session explains ROI strategies to show the value and impact of nursing professional development initiatives on an organization at both local and system levels, with planned demonstrations of an ROI calculator and a Performance Metrics Overview dashboard to enhance learning.

Outcome: As a result of this session, 80% of participants will report identifying at least one return on investment strategy that can be implemented in their practice.
