Description: This session will provide practical tips and solutions for those newly navigating nursing professional development in the nurse educator role. From determining an educational need to defining a learning outcome and more, participants new to the NPD role will be provided with a plethora of useful information.

Outcome: 80% of novice nursing professional development practitioners will identify at least one expected change or enhancement in their professional practice from new knowledge gained in this session.
