Description: This webinar will delve into the factors that ushered the great resignation among nurses and how these factors are being addressed by healthcare leaders and organizations. It will also tackle how investing in nursing professional development strategies may help mitigate this crisis. In addition, nurses will be assisted in developing their own professional development action plan.
