Jessie Scapinello serves as a Clinical Nurse Executive with Elsevier. A Masters-prepared nurse of more than 13 years, she spent most of her career in the Emergency Department and as a Critical Care Flight Nurse before moving into Nursing Informatics. She is passionate about health and wellness, lifelong learning, and advocating for the nursing profession.

Tammy Purcell serves as a Clinical Nurse Executive with Elsevier, where she helps ensure nurses have the resources they need to do their best work. A Masters-prepared RN with more than 30 years of experience, she began her career in Labor & Delivery and worked across Pediatrics, ED, Oncology, Home Health, and Hospice. She then advanced into senior healthcare leadership roles and, later, healthcare IT.
