Description: Measuring the impact of your nursing project or program is essential to building science and garnering support for resources. Yet developing a measurement plan can be daunting. This presentation will provide foundational guidance in selecting what and how to measure the value generated from your evidence-based practice/quality improvement projects and programs. 

Outcome: 80% of participants will:

1. Identify basic strategy for project measurement; and
2. Evaluate case scenarios to select an appropriate measurement strategy
