Description: Today's nursing workforce is more generationally diverse than ever, creating both opportunities and challenges for nurse leaders. This session explores how generational intelligence can serve as a strategic workforce tool to improve engagement, retention, communication, and team effectiveness. Participants will examine generational motivators, leadership expectations, and workforce trends while learning practical approaches in education and leadership. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to strengthen cross-generational collaboration, reduce preventable turnover, and build future-ready nursing teams.

Outcome: 80% of participants will report that, as a result of this presentation, they have gained at least one actionable strategy to enhance retention, belonging, and workforce stability.
