Description: This webinar will focus on helping nursing professional development practitioners translate data (i.e. Casey-Fink Survey data) into meaningful insights that drive action. Participants will explore strategies for simplifying complex information, creating effective data visualizations, and communicating results in ways that support leadership understanding and decision-making.

Outcome: 80% of participants will report that this session provides information that enhances, validates, or causes a change in practice.
