Description: Advanced practice nurses often function in a liminal space between nursing and medicine. Consequently, their nursing professional development (NPD) needs may be overlooked or pieced together from a variety of sources. This webinar explores one institution’s investment in an APRN-specific NPD structure, as well as challenges and opportunities for growth within this unique area of practice.

Outcome: 80% of participants will indicate on post-session evaluation an increased knowledge of the unique APRN professional Development needs within the NPD Practice Model throughputs.
