Description: Engaging learners can be a challenging aspect of nursing professional development (NPD) work. In this webinar, you’ll hear from two NPD teams using novel ways to provide education to improve nursing practice and healthcare outcomes. From a roll of the dice to microlearning on cell phones, these teams will share how they successfully engage nurses in learning.

Outcome: 80% of participants will report that this session provides information to inspire use of novel engagement methods to successfully meet educational needs.
